Terms and Conditions for Individual Subscription to the EGR website. The EGR website is an online information service primarily comprised of investment research originally published by EGR. THE SUBSCRIBER AGREES THAT THE LIABILITY OF EGR, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS, IF ANY, ARISING OUT OF ANY KIND OF LEGAL CLAIM (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT THE SUBSCRIBER PAID TO EGR FOR USE OF THE SERVICE.
EGR may discontinue or change the Service, or its availability, at any time without notice. The rights and obligations of this Agreement are not assignable. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Termination:
Either you or EGR may terminate the Subscribor access to the service at any time and effective immediately. You may terminate the subscription by discontinuing use of the Service.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
Accessing the Service outside England & Wales:
The Service includes information on specific companies that may be restricted by laws and regulations applicable to the users. EGR does not represent that materials in the Service are appropriate or available for use in countries outside England & Wales. If you choose to access the Service from outside England & Wales, you are responsible for compliance with foreign and local laws.
